Syeda Hussain, a graphic structure pupil in the Office of Artwork and Art History at Oakland University, has been selected as a recipient of the Detroit Culture of Women Painters and Sculptors (DSWPS) 2023 Scholarship.

The scholarship is awarded yearly to girls majoring in artwork at an accredited school or college throughout the Metro Detroit space. Hussain is a person of two learners chosen in the tri-county spot for the award.
